About Our Homes
We have chosen the perfect location to build our houses.
Oak Terrace, as the name suggests, is nestled against the hillside to ensure peace and quiet, yet only a two minute drive to the freeway to help reduce your daily commute. We have provided the location, now it is up to you to transform our house to your home! Visit our design center in Moorpark for endless choices. If you've seen it, we will do our best to make it a reality.
A few suggestions
Change the granite to suit your design style. Add different hardware to the cabinets. Change the cabinets for a French country look with our Durham range, or make it a Cape Cod with our White Nantucket or Maple Bead board cabinets.
Your kitchen cabinets have been designed with you in mind. You can add roll-outs in the lower cabinets, a Lazy Susan, and a pantry organizer. Upgrade the window casing or add crown molding for a sophisticated look. Your master bathroom is your sanctuary, so we have included a marble countertop around the tub, tiled shower walls, and plenty of room to add your own finishing touches.
For the techie of the family
Your home can be pre-wired for surround sound, or complete the package and let us install your entire home theater for you!
Prefer music while you work or relax? Like to entertain guests? We can pre-wire speakers throughout your entire home. Again, include the speakers and we will set the whole thing up for you. We even offer an intercom for added security and convenience.
The safety minded will like the security pre-wire, and we can also provide the whole system, complete with keypad, window contacts, exterior door contacts, and 2 motion detectors. We will even pay for the first years monitoring when you sign a two year contract! We also can provide a central vacuum system with the additional garage car care kit.
