Are These homes condos, or single family homes?

Both, kinda. Oak Terrace is a condo development, but some of our homes are larger, single family detached, and some are attached townhomes. Both are considered condos. See our site plan for the specific locations.

I would like to buy an Oak Terrace detached condo, but they aren't scheduled for construction any time soon. What's the deal?

Our single family detached homes are available at any time, built to suit. Simply get in touch with one of our sales agents, to get the ball rolling.

Are there Homeowner Association dues? If so, how much?

The HOA monthly dues for Townhomes are $234, which includes the exterior maintenance of your home. The HOA monthly dues for Detached Homes are $104. Please ask our sales agent for more information.

Do you have a preferred lender?

Yes, Bank of America is our preferred lender, however you may purchase your home using any lender of your choice.
