About Us

Aldersgate has been in business for over 20 years as a residential developer and builder. We have focused primarily on Ventura County but have recently added Hawaii and Santa Barbara County to the portfolio which includes 20 completed projects and 15 in development.

Locally, we built a community of luxury homes called Country Hills Estates in Camarillo and Pepper Tree Estates, a community of beautiful, designer homes in the Santa Rosa Valley. It is our pleasure to bring our luxuriously appointed homes to Newbury Park and ensure that they are more modestly priced for our discerning clientele.
